The health and well-being of our guests are our top priority

At CasaldiPeppe B&B high levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained daily to ensure the safety of guests and staff.  Cleaning and sanitization of the rooms and in the common areas is carried out regularly and with products suitable for cleaning and disinfection which refers to the protocol of regulating the measures to contrast and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus according to the Ministerial directives of 14.03.2020

 

EXTRA MEASURES TAKEN FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY:

Safety:

  • Staff apply all safety protocols specified by the authorities
  • Hand sanitiser gel available in accommodation and common areas
  • Procedures to check the health of guests (temperature measurement)
  • Mandatory use of hand sanitiser on entering the facility
  • Gel hand sanitiser available in the rooms and communal areas
  • First aid kit available
  • Masks available for guests

 

Cleaning and sanitising:

  • Use of chemical products suitable against Coronavirus according to Ministerial guidelines
  • Sheets, towels and laundry washed at high temperatures and with suitable products in accordance with regulations
  • Accommodation is sanitised between stays (cleaning of all surfaces with products suitable for sanitisation, sanitisation of all items, curtains, fabrics, cushions)
  • The rooms are sealed after cleaning
  • Daily cleaning and sanitising of the rooms (cleaning of all surfaces with suitable sanitising products)
  • Guests can choose to cancel the cleaning of their accommodation during their stay
  • Hand sanitising gel available (all rooms)
  • Daily cleaning and periodic sanitising of common and leisure areas
  • Daily cleaning and sanitising of the pool area at the end of the day
  • Daily assignment of deckchairs for exclusive use throughout the dayAreas closed to the public: extreme attention to cleanliness is also paid to areas frequented by staff, kitchen, pantries, laundry, storerooms, changing rooms.
