Cooking does not only mean putting a recipe into practice, but creates an alchemy, having sensitivity and respect for the ingredients and taking the right inspiration from them. For Elisa cooking is a present, a gesture of love, cooking means giving and even the simplest food if cooked with love and passion becomes a gift. There are many specialities prepared by the landlady, sweets, cakes, jams and marmalades, many of them with fruit from the farm garden, homemade bread served warm and fragrant, pâtés made with products from the garden, condiments, fresh pasta, delicious homemade liqueurs, all “seasoned” by the love with which each dish is prepared.
