- “Flavours of the Land” Apericena (December 30): An intimate and heartfelt social moment honouring the richness of our landscape. A country buffet of local cured meats and cheeses, enhanced by honey, preserves, and fragrant warm bread, all paired with a glass of local wine.
- Magic Under the Stars: The evening stretches into a warm embrace. Gathered before the crackling brazier (or in the quiet of our library), we’ll enjoy Vin Brulé, thick hot chocolate, and sweets, beneath the canopy of the winter sky.
- The December 31st Gala Dinner – The Art of Celebration: Forget the noise; here, grace triumphs. A Gala Dinner that will be an itinerary of exquisite flavours, expertly prepared and served in an atmosphere of complete privacy. The table is a jewel where every piece of cutlery, crystal, and flower contributes to creating a fairytale setting.
- Gourmet Breakfast (December 31): A generous table featuring homemade sweets, savoury flavours of the land, and fresh produce to nourish your morning.
- Sumptuous Breakfast / Brunch (January 1): The first wake-up of the year deserves a tribute. A sumptuous buffet, a feast for the eyes and the palate: the abundance of sweet treats, cakes, selected cured meats, and cheeses will accompany you in a slow, joyful, and deeply satisfying awakening.
- A delicate Gift from the House will seal the memory of your stay.
The New Year’s Eve Menu
The menu is a tribute to the blending of our histories, a symphony created by the union of the robust elegance of Tuscany (our adopted home) with the unny, intense richness of Sicily (the owner’s homeland).
We’ll begin with a Trio of Appetizers that serves as a refined prelude, an ideal bridge between ancient traditions. This will be followed by a Tasting of Two First Courses and, subsequently, a Tasting of Two Main Courses, dishes that narrate the history and culinary mastery of the two regions in a sublime dialogue. These will be accompanied by seasonal and creative side dishes.
Wine Pairing: Each course will be magnificently complemented by a curated selection of Tuscan and Sicilian Wines, chosen by the hosts to best celebrate this sublime blend of terroir and history.
Grand Finale of Sweetness: The evening culminates with a rich Dessert Buffet entirely dedicated to our dual culture: from the most refined Tuscan rustic treats to the sumptuous and iconic creations of the island’s pastry art.
Intimate Toast: After the collective midnight toast, a bottle of Franciacorta Brut DOCG sparkling wine will await you in your suite, inviting you to whisper your New Year’s wishes in perfect, unique privacy as a couple.
